Rufus has had a passion for music from an early age! Startin age 4, and lerning a variety of methods and theory including Suzuki method, he was trained in thorough technique. He went on to perform solo at the Sydney Opera House and engaged in many ensemble performances also. He picked up the clarinet and participates and even mentored in extracurricular bands for the last 8 years. Two years ago, out of a love for string instruments, He began a cello journey as well as Tenor and Alto Saxophones, Tenor and Alto recorders. He is the lead electrical student of the Macquarie University international robotics team (FRC TEAM 3132) and is required to teach and mentor rookie students each year as they learn the skills to build robots. Through this process, he gained significant patience and understanding of how to explain processes and concepts in a down-to-earth and simple way, often dealing with junior high school students but catering his style of teaching to whatever age I'm instructing. Rufus resides in Belrose and is happy to teach any student in the instruments he has learnt, Piano, Saxophone, Clarinet, Recorder and Cello in suburbs, Allambie Heights, Belrose, Frenchs Forest, Davidson, and Forestville.
