Axel is an exeptionally accomplished musician and tutor who resides in Fairlight, in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. He is happy to teach you in your home for suburbs including Manly, Freshwater, Queenscliff, Fairlight and Balgowlah.
Axel is originally from the French Alps, where he grew up in a family of musicians.
At home he played the guitar, piano and drums with his father and brothers.
Later he chose to specialise in Piano and take his music training to the next level by studying piano at a French Conservatory of Music when he was 10 .
He has experience in being a accompaninent in ensemble settings and also spent time teaching in Paris In 2019, he deceided he wanted to diversify his music experience and came to Sydney.
His training is mainly classical music but he likes to teach his students a varied range of genres and he intuitively guides them into student-directed paths of music whether it be blues, rock, jazz or pop)
Axel has vast experience with children, including work as a summer camp manager for many years. He also has experience in tutoring in neurodivergent settings, and is neuro-affirming and understanding in all settings.
