Over the last several years Tara has been teaching students from ages 8 to 14 all at varying different levels. She is highly empathetic and skills in her approach. She can adapt her methodology to the cues she is observing in each participating student. She has experience with tutoring gifted and talented kids and students with neurodivergent styles.
She completed one of the highest possible qualifications offered by the AMEB – Piano Certificate of Performance (CMus). She enjoys teaching Classical, Contemporary and has experience in other genres as well.
She can do drive-to-you Piano lessons in Beacon Hill, Allambie Heights, Brookvale, Narraweena, Frenchs Forest and surrounding suburbs.
Tara achieved a distinction in her CMUS exam and has done written exams up to grade 5 in Music Theory. She also has done all her piano grades up to grade 8. Additionally, she took music as an elective in high-school, covering basic composition skills and can help HSC Music students as well.
